All the stock photos in our image bank are "Rights Managed". You license the right to use the stock photo for a specific use for a defined time period of six month. For example, you purchase a license for a stock photo to be used in a book. If you may need a different use, you will also need an additional license.

This website is owned by Island-Photos. All of the text, graphics, photographs and illustrations are owned by Island-Photos.

The general design and the Content, are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights. No portion or element of this website or its content may be copied or retransmitted via any means and this website, its content and all related rights shall remain the exclusive property of Island-Photos unless otherwise agreed. You shall indemnify Island-Photos against any losses, expenses, costs or damages incurred by any or all of them as a result of your breach of the terms or your forbidden use of the content.
